Poinsettia Flowers, Christmas tree Support Graham Athletics this Holiday Season 2019

As the Holidays quickly approach our Athletes at Graham are hard at work organizing their Christmas Fundraisers.


  • You can now order your Christmas Graham Grizzlies clothing. The online store is open. You will find a few new items on the winter store:
    • Basketball and all spring sport options (within some of the clothing drop down bars)
    • Aboriginal Education hoodies.

THERE IS A QUICK PERIOD OF TIME TO ORDER CLOTHING, THE STORE WILL CLOSE ON NOVEMBER 22ND at 11:59 PM.  This will ensure that all order arrive on Thursday December 19th for Christmas.

If you would like to order clothing for Christmas presents, please send Athletic Director Mouritzen an email to put the order aside when it arrives you can pick it up directly from him on the Thursday and or Friday the last week before Christmas.



  • Flowers come in three different colors (red, white and pink). All flowers are in a 6.5” pot.  Flowers are 14-16” high and 13-16” wide.  All flowers cost $13.00.
  • ALL completed FORMS must be returned to the PE office and or main office by November 21st.
  • ALL FLOWERS WILL BE DELIVERED TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY DECEMBER 2nd for pick up. Families can pick up their flowers between 2:45 and 4:00pm.
  • ALL funds raised will go directly into the general athletics account to help assist with transportation cost, uniform up keep, equipment and referee costs.
  • The athletic department receives $5.00 for every flower sold.


On November 29th our Annual Christmas Tree Lot will open in our Tennis Courts. Once again this year our Junior and Senior Varsity Athletes will run the tree lot.

All Trees in the lot will be Grand Fir Trees from the local Stewart Christmas Tree lot in Columbia Valley.

All trees will be $40.00 and the athletic department receives $20.00 from each tree.  All funds raised will once again go towards general athletics expenses.

The tree lot is open:

  • Monday to Friday from 3:00-5:30
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00-4:30

The Graham Christmas Tree Lot will be open right up until Saturday December 20th.

Senior Girls Finish at 7-2

The senior girls volleyball team finished with a 3 set to 2 victory against Yale last night. The team finished with a 7-2 record for the season, good enough for a second place tie. NEXT THURSDAY THE GIRLS PLAY ROBERT BATEMAN. THE WINNER GOES TO THE PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS! NEED SUPPORT. 7 PM IS FIRST SERVE.

Senior Girls Second…..Again

The SV girls volleyball team finished 2nd for the 4th straight year at our host Bear Paw Classic tournament at the Den this Friday and Saturday. The Grizzlies lost in straight sets to avery deserving winner from Abbotsford Christian School. Team all stars were Amanda Duan and Aliya TeBokkel. The girls have their final regular season game Tuesday against Yale. First serve at 7:30. Come out and support the team.

Senior Girls Rolling at Home

The senior girls volleyball team won a huge quarter final game this morning against Unity Christian 25-20, 16-25, 15-12 at our home Bear Paw Classic tournament. Alicia Mathieson led the offense with 10 kills. Amanda Duan had 6 digs — many of them spectacular. Austyn Newhook chipped in 4 aces and Grace Redmond had a huge game passing 25 serves for a 1.4 stat. Come out and see the semi final. First serve at 2:30. Go Grizzlies!
