Any Grizzly basketball players that are interested in working on their power, strength, agility and speed can touch base with Mouritzen in the PE office.  Programs available include:

  1. Dematha – Stronger Team – Strength and Power Plan
  2. Dematha – Stronger Team – Agility and Conditioning
  3. CK1 VERT JUMP Program
  4. The Jump Manual

All programs are designed that student athletes can work through workouts at their own speed and pace. Students in grade 8 to 12 can participate will all workouts.
